Why eating healthy feels harder as a parent 🍪🤤
When you’re the one making their meals, and they eat the unhealthy stuff… parents end up picking at the leftovers 🙈.
When it’s just you (or you and your partner), you control what’s in your cupboards
no junk = no temptation ✨.
But once you have kids, suddenly your house is FULL of biscuits, crisps, and sweets… and you’ve got to resist them every single day 😅.
👉 Tip: keep your snacks (fruit, yogurt, nuts) front and center, and shove the kid snacks out of sight.
Because out of sight = out of mind.
Us parents need to stick together… because damn, it’s hard! 💪👨👩👧
