I wanted to take a moment to update everyone about Kozy Keepers Community Project.

My plan was always to continue doing the holiday drawings for free cleanings once things settled down with my full-time position. Unfortunately, things never really slowed down—they stayed hectic from start to finish. Then, on top of that, I ended up injuring myself.

Right now, I’m still not able to squat or kneel, which makes it impossible for me to properly clean homes the way I believe they should be done.

Because of that, I’ve made the difficult decision to officially close down the Kozy Keepers page soon.

This project meant a lot to me, and I truly loved being able to give back to the community in that way. I hate that I can’t continue it right now, but I know it’s the right decision given where I’m at physically.

I’m incredibly thankful for everyone who supported, shared, and participated over the years. It never went unnoticed.

I wish nothing but the best for each and every one of you. 🤍

Kozy Keepers Community Project Update 🤍

Some of you may remember that Kozy Keepers started as Kozy Keepers Cleaning Service, which I ran for 7 years. About four years into my business, I felt led to start giving back by doing free cleaning drawings around the holidays.

Over the years, I’ve done drawings for Thanksgiving, Christmas, Easter, Veterans Day, and even a few special ones like Valentine’s Day and St. Patrick’s Day. There were times I drew multiple winners because the need was great and my heart couldn’t say no.

At one point, I took on more than I could realistically manage and had to pause the drawings for a while. Then life shifted — I entered real estate, took on my role at the animal shelter, and Kozy Keepers grew into what is now the Kozy Keepers Community Project.

Moving forward, the goal is sustainability. I plan to do one free cleaning drawing per holiday, focusing on Thanksgiving, Christmas, Easter, and Veterans Day.

This past Thanksgiving and Christmas, I wasn’t able to do a drawing due to a knee injury, a pregnancy loss, and subsequent knee surgery — but I’m thankful to say that this Easter, the drawing IS happening no matter what.

Kozy Keepers has always been about more than cleaning homes. It’s about showing up for people when I can, giving back when I’m able, and doing it with honesty and heart.

After 7 incredible years of running Kozy Keepers Cleaning Service, I’ve made the difficult decision to close this chapter. I’ve found a new path that will be more beneficial to my family, and I’m excited for the future.

But this isn’t goodbye! I’m rebranding Kozy Keepers into the Kozy Keepers Community Project. While I won’t be running the cleaning service anymore, I will continue to give back to my community by offering free cleanings around the holidays, just like I’ve done for the past three years.

Thank you to everyone who has supported Kozy Keepers over the years. I’m excited to continue spreading kindness and making a difference in a new way! 💚

These days, I hire Elizabeth Griggs with E. Griggs Photography to take pictures of homes. Today was a spontaneous situation, so I didn't have time to hit her up. I don't have much photography skills 😮‍💨😂

Anyways, I LOVE cleaning this home. These clients are so caring and I just love how they interact with each other. They've been together for decades and there are times when I can hear them playfully pick at each other, and it's just so adorable 🥰

I'm so thankful for my clients and I hope each and every one of you have an amazing Christmas!! 🎄🎁
