Notice to All Valued Customers:
Thank you for your continued support and patronage. Recently, we have received feedback from some customers. However, there are certain concerns for which we truly cannot provide the most ideal solutions:
1. Some customers do not wish to use machines that have been previously used by others and request brand-new machines. This is not something we are able to provide.
2. For your valuable or branded clothing, we kindly advise that you do not send them to us for washing. We operate as a staff-assisted, fully machine-based washing and drying service, helping to save your valuable time from waiting. However, we cannot guarantee that the machines will not cause wear or damage to your garments.
3. On rainy days, please avoid leaving your clothes piled up for too long, as this can easily cause mold. Our washing process itself does not cause mold on your clothing.
There are many similar concerns for which we truly cannot provide perfect answers. Even if customers personally operate the machines throughout the entire process, an unsatisfactory result may still occur.
However, if customers later strongly demand compensation, we are not in a position to bear such responsibility.
Therefore, in addition to the in-store notice, we are once again making this announcement on our social media platforms. Please carefully review the important notes before sending your clothes for washing. Thank you for your understanding.
