For this custom estate on Sunset Island, our most requested Murano Series color mosaic, "Rich Forest” class the entire swimming pool, spa, and clod plunge — a deep, luminous natural green that mirrors the water and the lush grounds surrounding it. Designed by architect Cesar Molina , the home sits on over 23,000 sq ft with 150 feet of frontage on the calmest body of water on the bay. The pool isn’t just an amenity here — it’s architecture. When set out to create a private wellness-focused outdoor environment for his home, he trusted CPS Outdoors to bring the vision to life. One of the highlights of the project was a custom VersaCourt basketball court designed to complement the property while creating a space for fitness, recreation, and family enjoyment.

The CPS team recently conducted a technical site review at one of the East Coast’s most ambitious aquatic developments — a $100 million waterpark facility featuring 11 water slides, a lazy river, and a Flowrider surf simulator, representing some of the most sophisticated aquatic engineering currently in operation.
Large-scale aquatic systems operate at a level of engineering complexity that demands ongoing engagement: hydraulic load management, redundant mechanical systems, structural integration, and flow dynamics that few firms ever encounter.

For CPS, staying current with how these environments are engineered and operated is part of how we approach every project at the highest level.

We recently had the opportunity to step in and help our friend complete her new spa after she ran into problems with her builder. Our team moved quickly to assess the situation, coordinate solutions, and bring the project across the finish line—without compromising quality.

2025 was a year of growth, change, and moments we’ll always be proud of. Rebranding as CPS Outdoors was so much more than a name change, it was a reflection of how far we’ve come and where we’re headed.

Opening the doors to our showroom was a milestone we’ll never forget, and seeing it come to life as a space filled with people, ideas, and energy made it even more meaningful.

Completing major projects, launching our Outdoor Living services and products department, and welcoming so many talented new team members all shaped this year in powerful ways. Just as important were the connections we built through the events we hosted, moments that reminded us that what we create goes beyond physical spaces.

We’re incredibly grateful to our clients, partners, and team for believing in us and growing alongside us.
