Example of the work that we do. This fan was was out of balance and shaking the housing due to the amount of buildup. Now it spins smoothly and freely which will also extend the life of the bearings.

Another successful clean by the team at NWC. The shop owner has us clean it every 6 months which keeps the booth running properly. All cleans includes a mechanical inspection to find anything that should be addressed to prevent breakdowns.

Hello everyone! So happy that summer has finally arrived and we know everyone is very busy. We haven’t posted for awhile and wanted to show some recent work. Here is a cleaning of a regular customer who has their booths cleaned twice a year. We are proud of the outcome and the customer is more importantly very happy! If your thinking about scheduling a cleaning, please contact us soon since we are scheduling out 2-4 months in advance depending on the size and location of the job.

Having a problem with dirty paint? Most likely cause is poor airflow. Best remedy is a regular cleaning and maintenance program. This particular booth is cleaned twice a year and all this overspray was in the pit. Call us and we’ll be happy to figure out a program for you.
