This pool was recently remodeled, and they claimed to have fixed the main drains. As you can see their way of "fixing" the problem was to plug the drains and putty it up. Not to mention the mess they left in the spa drains. I also found leaks in the spa jets, and the spa fountain. Guys it is very very important if you are resurfacing a pool pay for a pressure test. To fix the issues the new surface now has to be cut into and patched.

Lantz replaced a bad timer system at this spa. The spa was no longer running it's scheduled time due to a bad timing mechanism. Due to the age we recommended a full replacement. Where else will you find a pool company who sends 2 certified, experienced, and caring pool professionals at every visit? Now that's called value!

The salt cell was busted open and shooting water at one of our weekly service accounts today. Lantz caught the problem and had the system fixed in the same day! First class service from a couple of Texans.

The homeowner reported having to add water frequently so we did a pressure test of the underground PVC. Turns out the homeowner's hunch was correct. The suction (main drain, skimmers) held pressure, but once we moved to the return lines the leak was apparent. As you can see in the pictures the system is losing about five pounds of pressure every few minutes. Time to move into a sonar test to pinpoint the leak for repair.

Before, during, and after! Only 24 hours of time has passed between the first picture and the last. Thinning plaster, extreme heat, and an insane amount of phosphates was still no match for me!

Not every install is the same! When you hire a qualified professional you assure your money is well spent. Where many pool guys would slap this system in as quick as possible I take the time to level pvc/controller, make sure everything is properly bonded/grounded, and otherwise properly installed! As you can see the previous salt cell was plumbed before the heater which will quickly deteriorate the heat exchanger in the heater, and void any manufacturer warranty. It pays to hire a licensed professional who takes pride in quality work!! The Jandy Truclear salt system offers a great price point for homeowners in search of a salt system that won't break the bank.
