Removal services and cleanouts. We do cleanouts on evictions, forclosures, house flips, property clean ups, construction clean ups, garages, basements, barns. We also have removal services of trash and junk as well as hot tub removal. We provide free removal of scrap metal, old appliances and unwanted vehicles. Fully loaded my trailer is capable of holding the equivalent of a 20-yard dumpster. The fee is $250 for a full trailer load to be hauled away which is cheaper than dumpster rental and we do all of the work of loading and disposing of. We also do gutter cleaning and gutter guard installation at a fraction of the cost of major gutter companies. The rate for cleaning on a single story home is $100. We also install quality galvanized gutter guards with titanium screws that will not rust and are guaranteed for 10 years at $6 per foot. Don't get taken advantage of by the major gutter companies. In most cases our total for the job will be less than 25% of any estimate you get. Our last customer was quoted $9,400 for his guards by a major gutter company. We did the entire job for $1,270.
