• Prepare, cook, and present high-quality dishes within your section
• Support the Sous Chef and Head Chef with daily kitchen operations
• Maintain high standards of hygiene, health, and safety
• Manage stock levels and minimise food wastage
• Supervise junior kitchen staff when required
• Ensure consistency and quality in food preparation
• Work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen environment
🔹 Requirements
• Previous experience as a Chef de Partie in hotels or fine dining restaurants
• Strong knowledge of food hygiene and kitchen operations
• Ability to work well under pressure and as part of a team
• Passion for cooking with strong attention to detail
• Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays
