Wow - looks amazing !!
This weekend we are featuring a Ancho Chile encrusted Pork Tenderloin rests on bed is andouille sausage pearl barley risotto with a Cajun broth finished with a deep fried okra. We also have Perch, deep fried or sautéed. A Sage Creamed Walleye. Lemon Caper Lobster Pasta and a Blue Crab Filet Mignon.
