I am a wife and a mother of three. I quit my dead-end full time job to start this business. I wanted the opportunity for not only more money, but more flexibility to be able to be more present for my family. I was miserable working the 9-5 only to attempt to beat traffic to ultimately get home by 7. I brainstormed (after quitting my job) about what I could do now. It was a no brainer to just start my own cleaning company. I had tons of prior experience working for myself cleaning vacation all rental properties, and I have always had an over appreciation for a clean, tidy environment. It just made sense. So here I am! This business has brought me more work, but more freedom and joy! I have grown the business but and staying small enough to provide top notch customer service. I am stepping back to take on the role of managing. I am making it a top priority to keep the integrity of the cleanings, and the trustworthiness that my customers have grown to love by making sure each individual is properly trained. I am paying a higher price to make sure that not only my customers are completely satisfied, but also my amazing ladies. It wouldn't be the same without them!
