Copper Community Action Board We are a group working towards the future prosperity and pride of our hometowns. We would like to help the community with repainting areas where needed.

We would like to work with the communities, business owners, and building owners to clean-up our towns, with the ...hope of courting new businesses into our fold, creating long-term jobs and bringing back the pride in our communities. With that said, we have to start with cleaning up our towns and are contacting owners of homes and buildings who have been targeted by graffiti delinquents. We do ha

ve some paint donated to us and can use it for buildings. However, we don’t know the colors that are donated nor the amount available to us. We can only paint the buildings with owners' permissions. If you could let us know soon we would appreciate it.

CCAB is so very sorry for the loss of our dear friend and contributor to our cause through our community concerts, Peenee Santa Maria. We want to extend our condolences to his family and friends. He was a kind man who shared his music talents with us all. God Bless him and his family. In this video below you'll see him strumming his guitar in the great popular group Fathers and Sons...

Sorry we haven't posted in a while. We decided to take a break from our Ccab Community Concert this year. We are going to try something in February. Thank you for those who've enjoyed and been faithful attendees to our shows. We'll be back next year!

So it's been awhile since we've posted any news. We are getting ready for scholarship distributions to our local high schoolers. It's not much, but we like to give back to our kiddos who volunteer on their own. ... a volunteership!

Speaking of volunteers. ...we'll be meeting soon and could use some more help. People willing to be a part of the community. We all have to work together, go to school together, meet each other at the stores or restaurants. .why not volunteer together as well.

Commit to a better community, commit to our future. ..

Porter's Ghost, Fathers and Sons, Lucky Romero, Maria Avenetti, Danny Fessenden, Ian McMillan, Kimo Trevino, Will Haretuku, Cameron Breck, Alonzo Ruiz, Nancy Hinojos, Town of Winkelman, Hayden-Winkelman Schools student concessions and auditorium use, and the CCAB Board!! Sorry if I missed anyone,!
