How to choose a pro to clean your dryer vent
1. Do they have the equipment? A pro has invested in an air compressor system. They start at $5k. We don't use a drill and brush from the home center
2. Have they invested in training? We have a mentor that trained us in 2018, and have also attended in person training with a vent manufacturer. We have cleaned thousands of vents.
3. Insurance? A pro will have workers comp insurance. Many of our competitors are sole proprietors and don't have this insurance.
4. Can they pull the panel from the dryer? Lint can build up inside of the dryer. Need to vacuum and blow out the lint.
5. Background check of employees? We use TheSeal.com for yearly criminal and sexual predator checks. Many don't background check because they are owners only or can't find help and afraid to pull regular background checks.
6. A pro can clean 400+ unit apartment buildings and techs are certified to use lifts for those 4 story communities.
7. A pro can reroute vent lines, replace roof vents, wall vents and is familiar with codes.
