We take pride in providing honest, reliable cleaning services to all of our clients. Recently, there has been a situation where our business was blamed for damage to a vacuum, they were having us use their vacuum to clean up litter. We would sweep up as much as we could beforehand.
-The child comment, yes we have brought Cassie’s daughter with us who is almost 14 and they were Okay with it and also paid her $10.
To clarify, we always treat our clients’ property with care and respect. In this case, the equipment malfunction was not caused by our team, and we communicated that clearly and professionally.
We understand that misunderstandings can happen, but we stand by the quality of our work and our integrity. We appreciate the continued support from our clients who trust us to care for their homes.
