It’s getting to be that time of year where some people are ready for a second sweep. The industry recommendation is annual inspections and getting your wood burning appliance swept every 2-3 cords of wood. If you’ve burned through that, give me a call for a sweep. If your neighbor is also in need and if you book an appointment together I’ll give both $50 off the sweep!

If you’re looking to get your chimney swept or repaired don’t hesitate to reach out. A sweep and inspection cost $250 (about $100 less then most companies). Dryer vent sweep and inspection cost $200. $400 for a chimney dryer combo. If you have animals, cleaning your dryer vent can make it run more efficient and cut down on dry time. Anything to do with chimney, masonry, wood, pellet or gas, I would be happy to take care of all your needs. Looking to cut down on fuel cost and want to supplement with wood or pellets? I do $100 estimates that will get credited to the cost of the repair.

I’ve done plenty of side jobs in the past but there’s an extra sense of pride completing my first job under the Bailey & Sons name!! Got an insulated liner installed along with a wall pass through. Came out great!
