On this current episode of Glory Hole Line Boring, today we shown up on site in PA to replace some worn H-Link bushings on this 349F CAT Excavator that were also not accepting grease. Customer called for some On-Site facing and bushing replacement on this CAT 349F excavator, so we made our magic happen! Both faces were worn roughly +15mm per side so we stick welded both faces in the field and machined both to factory specifications, pressed in new bushings, and got this CAT back to making money! 🦾🔥🙏 #247 #365

This week we had one for the books! A Steel and Iron Plant in Philadelphia had a main bore for their steel crusher practically failing and needing some serious bore welding and line boring done. So we got called onsite and made our magic work! There was a few factors against us like the bore was VERY oblonged, we were 12ft in the air, wind blowing like crazy being in the field, and barely any room to work but we completely stick welded it multiple times and machined the bore to factory specifications and now the plant is back up and running! Blessed and onto the next! 🦾🙏🔥 #247 #365

Customer brought us a Kubota Mini Excavator stick because the bushings were loose in the bore.. so we worked our magic and got er back to factory specifications and making money! We laid down 2 bore weld passes per bore and machined to proper specs for bushings to be installed correctly with grease seals! 🦾🇺🇸🔥🤝 #247 #365

Last week we had our work cut out for us on this John Deere 85G. We repaired this Stick End On-Site for a local septic and excavation company in Tabernacle, NJ. This week we had the pleasure to stay local and tackle these bores on this crane truck! Outside in the elements of the weather(cold and wind) so we had to take the more time consuming route and stick weld each bore twice as they were over a 1/6th out of spec!
