Your first REVOsafe™ mow starts before you ever cut the first blade of grass. 🌱

A few minutes of proper setup can make a significant difference in your REVOsafe experience.

Before your first mow, verify that your REVO6 2.0 hubs and spacers are properly installed, confirm your REVOline is properly seated with approximately 1/2" clearance from the mower deck, and engage your mower at approximately 1/4 to 1/2 throttle before increasing to normal operating speed.

For your first cut, we recommend beginning around a 3.5" cutting height, then adjusting higher or lower based on your lawn, terrain, grass conditions, and desired results.

Remember, the REVO6 2.0 uses six REVOline cutting elements per hub and can continue operating with a minimum of three properly installed lines per hub.

REVOsafe is a different approach to mowing, and learning the system is part of getting the best performance from it.

One of the advantages of the REVOsafe™ system is that maintaining your cutting system doesn't mean sharpening or replacing a conventional metal mower blade.

When a REVOline cutting element needs replacement, pull it out, insert a new one, properly seat it — and get back to mowing.

And remember: you don't have to replace all six because one is worn or damaged. The REVO6 2.0 is designed to continue operating with a minimum of three properly installed REVOline cutting elements per hub.

Simple maintenance. Replaceable cutting elements. Less downtime.
