Its so annoying that people use home advisor to get estimates and are not really serious about getting it done. HA doesn't care, it costs them nothing and contractors everything.

Can operate a drill, impact driver, skill saw. Most of all willing to learn. Can be on time.

Work is contractor 1099 during trial period
6 days a week some days we won't work at all, I work through home advisor.
