Currently, seeking clientele for new startup cleaning services company in DMV area.
Our services include but are not limited to:
Basic cleanings, include the following:
[ ] Empty all trash and replace trash bags
[ ] Pick up/straighten/make beds if needed
[ ] Dust baseboards
[ ] Clean window sills and wipe down doors
[ ] Clean all glass surfaces including smudges on windows [inside window cleaning only]
[ ] Clean and disinfect bathrooms (dust light bulbs and wipe down cabinets)
[ ] Sweep, Vacuum, Moping of floors
[ ] Clean kitchen top and outer facing (including inside microwave, top of refrigerator)
[ ] Wipe down kitchen cabinet facings
Intermediate cleanings, include all of the above plus following:
[ ] Dust ceiling fans [based on homes that have them and not for ceilings that require commercial cleaning, consisting of over 6ft tall] at this time.
[ ] Clean kitchen (including inside microwave, top of refrigerator and in) - We will clean inside of refrigerator but we will not through away foods unless specifically asked to do so.
[ ] Clean kitchen inner (this includes inside of microwave, top of refrigerator and in and inside of oven for a more thorough cleaning) - We will clean inside of refrigerator but we will not through away foods unless specifically asked to do so.
Deep cleanings, include all the above plus the following:
[ ] Wet wash all baseboards and doors
[ ] Clean light fixtures
[ ] Clean knickknacks [ex: usually any ornaments/decorative structures atop of tables and end tables] that do not require any specialized cleaning
[ ] Clean vents [A/C vents and Kitchen Vents]
[ ] Remove books from book shelves and clean
[ ] Polish all glass surfaces and stainless steel in kitchen
Quoted rates are set based on average market value on 800 to 1000 sq ft for apartments and may be reduced based on services requested and if location is less than said sq ft.
Rates are not final at this time as we are stilling working on more affordable rates that can be feasible and sustainable to provide services.
