Cleaning Service Policy Agreement
Dear Valued Client,
Thank you for choosing our cleaning services. To ensure a smooth and consistent experience, please review the following policies:
Payment is due on the day of your scheduled cleaning.
Late payments will incur a fee of $10 per day until the balance is paid in full.
Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours prior to your scheduled cleaning appointment. I understand sometimes there can be an emergency, please just let me know.
The home must be ready for cleaning, with all rooms accessible at the time of service.
If any room is unavailable during the scheduled cleaning, the price will remain the same, as this may require additional work during the next visit.
We are happy to offer free estimates for all services.
We appreciate your cooperation and look forward to providing you with excellent service.
