We haven't posted in a while, but we are still here to help you with your gym needs! Does your barbell have rust and chalk build up? Is your barbell not spinning efficently when you try to clean and jerk or try a sn**ch? Does your gym equipment not get properly decontaminated after use? Are you not cleaning your barbells after a competition? If you answered yes to any of these questions we are here to help you! We travel to you! This is what rust build up looks like when you do not take care of your barbell. The cause for insufficient barbell spinning is rust build up, and no lubrication under the sleeve of the barbell. Insufficient barbell spinning makes getting under the bar more difficult for movements like clean and jerks, and sn**ches. If you haven't cleaned or serviced your barbells recently, your barbells aren't spinning efficiently, and you have rust build up give us a call ☎️☎️ (757) 724-2214 or message us to set up an appointment. This is what happens when you do not clean your barbells sleeve and bushings. When you do not clean your barbells often, chalk and moisture combine which expedites surface rust formation. Rust formation on a barbells bushings causes the sleeves to not spin efficiently. Reduction of barbell spinning makes sn**ches, and clean and jerks significantly harder on the athlete when trying to get under the bar. This is what happens when you don't clean your barbells. When you do not clean your barbells, rust forms on the bar and on the bushings. The rust prevents the bar from spinning well, and makes a heavy lift harder on the athlete.
