Special thanks to our friends from cross fit Natalie and Angela for allowing us to rebuild the deck on the upstairs apartment! 🔨
Natalie wanted a bit more room on the deck to allow for some seating so not only did we extend the deck but we also added 2x12 on the railing to allow for somewhere to eat 🍽️
With the left over wood we also added a little bench to allow to take muddy boots off without tracking them inside 🥾 that’s what we call the under pressure difference!

Special thanks to our friend Darrin Villarreal at D&K Wrecker for swapping out some mechanic work inexchange to having his shop soft washed and cleaned! We even used some fancy rust remover that’s been on the side of the shop for years! 🤯

Special thank you to Greg and Linda McGraw for allowing us to make their tram landing not only functional but beautiful as well! 🚋
We even redid their gangway boards, and built a staircase atop of the tram to make it easier to get back to their house! The Mcgraw’s have been clients for years and we are sure glad they gave us the opportunity to design and build this deck.
Now just the waiting game and then some stain to match the deck at the house!

Thank you to Terry and Debbie Dixon for trusting us to come out and stain your new covered porch ceiling AND paint the walls of the house and trim out the doorways! 🧹 🏠
As most of you know Evan collects old squarebody Chevy trucks and Terry specializes in rebuilding big block Chevy motors so this job was a clean trade out! He will be rebuilding one of Evan’s motors and we paid for the stain and labor to get this job done! No money on either end, we love to barter! 🤓 🛻

Thanks to John and Debbie Myers for flagging Evan down in church to ask him to take care of their daughter’s new lake house deck. 😎
Once again this deck was in need of some stairs before a staining so we had to tear those out and rebuild them to make this deck safe and secure! Then two coats of deck stain was applied to maximum protection! Now they can enjoy their deck for years to come!

Another successful little league soccer season for Coach Evan and his two Under Pressure sponsored teams. ⚽️

This is why we don’t give set dates!! 📆 This client reached out strictly for a deck wash and staining, but upon further investigation she had some major structural rotting issues and her staircase and landing were now deemed UNSAFE for the summer season.
We told her we will NOT put stain on her deck unless she fixes it first because we don’t put lipstick on a pig. 🐷 💄
She asked us “who fixes decks the right way?” And course we raised our hand! 🙋‍♂️ it added an extra week of work but we completely demoed and re did all 3 staircases, along with the ledger board, and poured concrete footers (and a step!) to put notched 4x6 bracing up under the landing!
NOW she is ready for deck stain!! 😃
