2025 Hyundai Tucson | Paintless Dent Repair (PDR)

This Hyundai Tucson came in with significant damage to the liftgate, including two damaged bodylines and a couple of small paint chips along the edge.

Fortunately, most of the factory paint remained intact, which gave us a good opportunity to restore the panel using Paintless Dent Repair (PDR) — without body filler or repainting.

2019 Volvo XC90 — a challenging aluminum hood repair!
The hood had a severely deformed front edge, making this a particularly difficult Paintless Dent Repair (PDR) project.
Here’s why: the leading edge of an aluminum hood is constructed from two layers of metal. The outer skin is folded over the inner panel using a press, with a special bonding sealer between the layers. There is no direct access from behind the damaged area, and I don’t drill access holes in the panels I repair.
Restoring the original shape of this edge requires patience, precision, and a combination of specialized techniques. Lateral tension, controlled heat, hot glue pulling, and carefully knocking down the crowns — hour after hour, gradually bringing the metal back into shape.
And here’s the result!
The original factory paint is preserved. No drilling. No body filler. No repainting. Just skilled PDR craftsmanship.
The customer was happy with the result and left a 5-star review. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

2019 Porsche Macan with damage to the left front fender — a sharp crease on the fender body line and several deep, sharp dents.

After a few hours of PDR work right in the customer’s driveway, here’s the result!

No paint. No body filler. The original factory finish stays intact.

The customer worked from home while I worked on the car, and by the end of his workday, the Porsche was ready to go. Just get in and drive!

This Mercedes-Benz EQS 580 had an original price of over $125,000 when new — and it came to me with a very challenging dent on the liftgate.

With a vehicle like this, every detail matters. The repair was completed using only PDR techniques — no drilling, no additional holes, and no unnecessary intervention.

The EQS 580 emblem had to be removed for the repair and was replaced with a brand-new OEM Mercedes-Benz emblem, installed precisely using the proper positioning template.

The original factory paint was preserved, and the client saved both significant time and money compared with a conventional body shop repair.

On this video, you’ll see a 2026 Tesla Model Y—an almost brand-new car with only two days of driving by its owner. It came in with a challenging damage on the left front fender. The process of removing this dent required some careful work!
