My biggest fear is being late to a first time client’s home!
I set my alarm last night to get up at 8AM.
Justin woke me up at 10AM asking if I was supposed to have a client today. I ACCIDENTLY SET MY 8PM ALARM NOT AM ALARM.

We are all human and all make mistakes. I just know when I text at 10AM, that client didn’t think I was going to show up. It was an awful feeling.

It was a good day other wise. Have an amazing week😊

This one is a first for me so I wanted to emphasize on it for future reference.
**ALL FIRST TIME CLIENTS MUST DO A WALK THROUGH WITH ME AT THE RESIDENCE BEFORE SCHEDULING A CLEAN**
1. This eliminates me being unaware when I walk into the home the day of cleaning.
2. I need to be prepared with the proper cleaning supplies and equipment.
3. I need to know how long the clean will take so I can book other clients appropriately.
4. This eliminates under charging and over charging.

I no longer provide references before doing an estimate for first time clients. Too many people have wasted me and my clients time in regards to this situation. If youd like a reference before scheduling an estimate, please look over my prior work/reviews/comments.

Watching this mom sobbing from the officers telling her she would lose her kids because the house was filthy and only giving 24 hours to get it straight has tore me up. I wish I was able to come in at times like this to help struggling mamas. I will be offering free cleans again soon❤️
