If you are a regular biweekly client and need to move cleaning dates, you will get 2 free moves dates a year. Meaning if you need to cancel or switch dates of cleans, you will not be charged for the two changes.
Any other changes after those 2 free ones will be $15 each week moved ๏ฟผand will be added to your next cleaning total.
Emergencies do happen and there will be exceptions at my discretion.
Same for Monthly or bi- monthly- changes that go out over 4 weeks, it will be $25 each moved week.
If I need to move dates due to any non emergency reasons, I will credit your home with $15 as well.
I am not able to do same day or same week appointments.
If an opening is able, you will be charged a $25 rush fee.
If you are on a regular rotation of cleaning you are now REQUIRED to have a deep clean once a year!
Deep cleans of present clients start at $150 add on!
Itโs not much more, and itโs a win win!
I am not bending on this rule anymore!!
Itโs taking too much time and effort to clean over dirt or something that needs to be detailed.
I do not like ignoring certain cleanings too long. You may not see the dirt or the need, but I do. I donโt ever want to leave a home feeling half done! ๐

It also helps with timing and maintenance. And helps keep your cleaning costs to a minimum!! ๐ด ๐ฐ
Homes that are the easiest to maintain, fall last on the list when price increase time comes, keep that in mind.๐
I will be having quarterly individual checklists for each home. And will be leaving suggestions throughout the year.
So get ready for sticky notes! ๐ ๐
Please do not leave me a lists without sending me the list prior to your cleaning.
I need to know time management and what equipment to bring.
I want to remind everyone I am a Service, my individual cleaning consists of detailed deep cleaning, getting homes ready for the market and commercial unit maintenance.
I absolutely love cleaning and organizing homes, and even though I didnโt start out as a personal cleaner, I wouldnโt change it for the world!
But,
I do not include maid or housekeeper services in my standard cleanings.
Examples are:
Doing individual dishes or loading dishwashers ๐งผ ๐งฝ
Making beds ๐
Doing laundry ๐งบ
Organizing piles ๐ฉ๐ผโ๐ฌ
Cleaning up Animal Waste ๐คฎ๐ฉ
I do require you to pick up your personal items before a cleaning, I can or will go around it. Unless we discussed the situation prior!
I canโt make you clean your own mess if you donโt want to ๐.
I will have urges to organize or clean it so I might bug you about though.๐
I do however, provide the services and can add the extra charge to your bill. And to be honest sometimes I just do them! And if I do, no charge!๐ค
Any homes with positive covid cases will require a deep clean for a return. No exceptions!!๐ท๐คง๐ซฃ
Homes that are serviced every 3 to 6, or 6 to 9
months are required to pay initial deep clean price. Thorough cleanings just canโt be done with a regular cleaning. ๐ฉ I strive to not leave any dirt left behind! It takes time as well, especially if you havenโt been serviced recently or have pets and children. I will definitely be there 6-8 hours.
Monthly prices start at $250-$275
Every 3 months starts at $275-$300
Every 6 months start at $300-$350
Every 6-9 months start at $350-$375
One time cleans start at $275-$350

And please take note I will take my time, I do not like to rush clean. I can take anywhere from 8-10 hours in a home depending on what Iโm doing!
I am still Solo cleaning and until I find another cleaner as detailed as I am, I will remain this long lol.
If you chose to decline a deep clean, you sign off on the detailed cleaning. You will be able to add them on individually, at full price and only with prior arrangements and approval.

As I stated prior, it truly helps in the long run for everyone.
I will discuss individually with present clients about price increases. Some homes have been maintained so long they do not require an increase.
Some homes have more to them than others. Time consumption, kids home full time or additional children or animals, and depth of cleaning are where I make my increases.
Any homes, medical buildings, property or commercial buildings outside 25 miles of Grand Blanc will be added a gas fee. ๐ โฝ๏ธ
I charge $10-$25 depending on where you are.
I do not service Detroit at this time, unless prior arrangements and advance notice!
I do service all the way to Famington Hills though.
I do not service Flint at this time.
I do not service North of Clio at the moment.
I AM however servicing Columbiaville, and within 10 miles of it.
Absolutely has to be a prior arrangement and approval of contract!
