What you can’t see is exactly what you’re breathing.

We just pulled this system out of a beautiful home here in Orange County, and the reality inside was shocking. A clogged condenser coil, a filthy blower wheel, and an evaporator coil completely choked with years of buildup.

When your system looks like this, it’s not just costing you a fortune in energy bills—it’s actively circulating compromised air throughout your sanctuary. Your HVAC system is the lungs of your home. If the lungs are dirty, the air is dirty.

At Breezy Air Services, we don’t just swap boxes. We engineer complete indoor environments. This is why we obsess over the IAQ Trifecta: pristine equipment, advanced filtration, and active purification. We believe your home should be the safest, cleanest place you spend your time.

Is your system hiding a mess like this? Comment “BREATHE” below and our team will send you our free guide on the 3 signs your HVAC system needs a deep clean.

Most homeowners think a “duct cleaning” is enough. It’s not. ❌

If you’re only cleaning your ducts, you’re only solving 1/3 of the problem.

Think of your HVAC system like your lungs. If the “passageways” (ducts) are clean but the “filter” (coils) and “pump” (blower wheel) are caked in mold and bacteria, you’re still breathing contaminated air.

Here is the Breezy standard for Indoor Air Quality (IAQ):

✅ GOOD: Basic duct cleaning to remove visible dust and debris.
✅ BETTER: Deep cleaning the evaporator coil and blower wheel to restore system efficiency.
🏆 EXCELLENT: A full NADCA-certified system restoration. We clean the ducts, coils, and blower wheel, flush the drain pan, and apply a medical-grade antimicrobial treatment to kill mold at the source.

Don’t settle for “good” when your family’s health is on the line.

Is your AC working hard, or is it just leaking money into your attic? 💸🏠

Most homeowners think a “leak” is something you can just see. But in your HVAC system, the most dangerous leaks are the ones hidden deep inside your ductwork where tape can’t reach.

At Breezy Air Services, we don’t just “patch” problems. We engineer solutions. When it comes to sealing your home, there are levels to this game:

🥉 Good: Using tape to patch the obvious leaks you can see. It’s a start, but it’s temporary.
🥈 Better: Applying Mastic Sealant to all accessible joints. It’s a more permanent bond, but it only fixes what we can touch.
🥇 Excellent: A full performance upgrade using AeroSeal technology. We seal your entire system from the inside out, finding every microscopic gap that’s letting your expensive conditioned air escape.

If you’re paying to cool your attic instead of your living room, it’s time for an upgrade.

Now you know the levels. The question is: Where does your home sit right now?

Is Your Brand New Furnace Driving You Nuts With Noise? 🤯
Just installed a new HVAC system, expecting peace and quiet, but instead, you’re getting a constant hum or drone? We hear you. It’s frustrating when you invest in comfort, only to have noise disrupt your home.

We recently had a client with a brand new furnace. Functioning perfectly, combustion analysis, gas pressure—everything was textbook. But she wasn’t happy with the sound. For most, that’s where the story ends. Not for us.

At Breezy Air Services, we don’t just walk away when the technical specs are met. We dig deeper. For this client, we engineered a custom solution: soundproofing her furnace closet with fiberboard and installing these sharp acoustic tiles in our Breezy Air colors. It wasn’t about fixing a broken unit; it was about delivering true tranquility.

The Outcome? A silent system and a happy homeowner. That’s the Breezy difference: going above and beyond to solve the real problem, not just the technical one.

Don’t settle for “good enough” when it comes to your home comfort. If your HVAC system is making more noise than you’d like, even if it’s running perfectly, we can help.

Most homeowners have no idea what their home’s air quality score is.

They’re running the wrong filter. Their ducts have never been sealed. Their evaporator coil hasn’t been touched in years. And every day, their HVAC system is circulating that air through every room in the house.

There are three levels of air protection. Most homes are at level one — and don’t know it.

Good. Better. Excellent.

DM us IAQ and we’ll calculate your home’s Breezy IAQ Score — free. We’ll tell you exactly where you stand and what your home actually needs.

No obligation. Just clarity.

If you have plastic pipes coming off your furnace, you could be slowly dissolving your home’s plumbing with acid.

Here’s the 60-second check:

1. Look at your furnace. See white (PVC) or black (ABS) plastic pipes? You have a high-efficiency condensing furnace. If you see a metal flue pipe, you’re good — this doesn’t apply to you.

2. Understand the byproduct. These furnaces create acidic water (condensate) with a pH as low as 2.9. For context, anything below a pH of 5 starts eating through metal.

3. Know the risk. Over time, this acid chews through cast iron sewer lines, copper pipes, and even the concrete foundation. We’ve seen homeowners face $5,000 to $20,000 in water and sewer line damage from this.

The crazy part? A $120 part prevents all of it.

The fix is a pH neutralizer. It’s a simple filter that treats the acidic water before it enters your plumbing, making it safe to drain.

Important: This isn’t a “set it and forget it” part. The neutralizing media inside needs to be replaced every 1-2 years to keep working.

We’re not here to sell you a part. We’re here so you don’t have to learn about acidic condensate the hard way.

If you have plastic pipes, ask your HVAC tech about a neutralizer on your next service visit. Not sure what to ask? Comment CHECK below, and we’ll send you a simple checklist to go over with them.

Save this for later. Send it to a homeowner who needs to see it.

New construction in Big Canyon Country Club Estates.

The kind of neighborhood where the neighbor, who’s on the Forbes list hired a full-time security guard just to make sure none of the workers parked in front of his house.

We parked across the street. And got to work.

1967.

The first Super Bowl. The Beatles dropped Sgt. Pepper’s. People were doing The Twist at house parties.

And someone installed this furnace.

59 years later, it’s still “heating” a home. Google says the average furnace lasts 15-20 years. This one has been running nearly 3x that.

When we fired it up, flames were rolling out of the burner cabinet. Not contained. Not controlled. Rolling out.

Running a system this old isn’t just inefficient — it’s dangerous. Cracked heat exchangers leak carbon monoxide into your home. Odorless. Invisible. Deadly.

Red tagged. Condemned. Do not operate.

How old is YOUR furnace? Drop the year in the comments. If you don’t know — that’s your sign to find out.
