Soapy Joe’s Re-opening
Soapy Joe’s will be re-opening on Thursday February 16th at 9am!
We are beyond grateful for the unparalleled support we have received from our community over the last 48 hours. The most important part of all this is that nobody was harmed. Our staff is safe! Items will be replaced, damage can be repaired and equipment can be corrected.
A lot of people have asked questions in regards to the events that took place here this past Sunday night. Two most common questions have been, How can we help? And was there any personal information taken in regards to monthly membership account info?
1. Was my personal information taken?Zero personal information was stolen during the burglary. We do not hold or store personal account information. Our credit card processing company manages our monthly auto billing through a PCI compliant process. Your information is safe and secure! Computers that were damaged and stolen coincided directly with our wash operations and functions, which are of no use to anyone stealing them 🙃
2. How can you help? We are asking everyone who is willing and able, to participate in our food donation drive which will now be launching tomorrow, 2/16/23! We want to spread positivity in this community by focusing on helping others. We will be collecting non-perishable food items through the end of this month. All food will be donated to the Neighborhood House! Your participation in our food drive will be joy, hope and strength to those who need it most. Food donors will receive one free Ultimate exterior car wash voucher!
I really want to thank everyone who has reach out via text message, email, phone call and social media. Your support is what continues to fuel us! We are so grateful for the love, support and encouragement. We look forward to seeing you soon!
