True Hand Wash Pricing To Increase

We have proudly stood by the fact that since 2020, we have not increased our pricing. Unfortunately, we can no sustain our current pricing for Walnut Creek's top rated wash. Effective 3/25 The True Hand Wash price is set to increase by $30 in all categories. Though it's what's needed to maintain the quality of our THW, we don't feel great about it. We hope that you understand and we look forward to your continued loyalty.

Loyalty Point Usage Pause

from 3/30-4/30 loyalty points redemption will be suspended. You will still earn loyalty points during this time period for any paid services. Points usage program will be reinstated on 5/1.

With your help, we were able to help 2 single mother families provide Christmas to their children!

We cannot thank you all enough for your generosity and guess what, our work isn't done. Upon delivering the presents & clothes, we noticed that one of the families is without ANY living room or dining room furniture (and those are just the rooms that we saw). Starting in January, we will be launching an effort to help furnish this mother's living room & dining room with your help. Look out for discounted & free service promotions in exchange for furnishings to help make this family's apartment a home.
