Everyone sees detailers using foam cannons, but why? Using a foam cannon allows the soap to dwell longer on the vehicle allowing more working time! It also pulls the dirt away from the surface so when doing the contact wash you’re not rubbing dirt across the paint, the soap encapsulates the dirt and your wash mitt pulls it away from the paint! Thus reducing scratching!
