Grab a hot coffee and muffin or a sandwich at one of the cozy eateries too. Antiques, art, fabric, and don't forget, a great haircut can all be found downtown Mt.Carroll.

We have a limited supply of craft tubes available at The Sewing Room and Workshop. Made of heavy cardboard, in various sizes about 54" long by about 2" in diameter, 2.00 each. These work well for basting your quilt tops and batting to the quilt back! Another great use is as a indoor blanket "tent pole". I used to love building indoor tents for a sleep-over with my best friends!
It may be a dreary day outside today, but you'll find plenty of color in our shop, from Kona Solids on sale for 7.25 per yard to 10% off all in stock 100% quilting cottons, until the end of August. Now is the time to plan your holiday and QOV projects!

Our END OF SUMMER SALE continues!

So I am sitting in my chair, listening to some music from the 70's and since I remember many of the words, I start singing along.....My cat is sitting next to me looking off in the distance. As soon as I start singing, she turns to me with a horrified look on her face. I don't think she likes my singing......those of you who know me will understand why!🙀😾
