It’s not every day that a plumber has to read a manual but today was one of those days…

Customer was getting like warm water, so we did a quick diagnostic of the unit and found everything inside the unit was working perfectly as it should. Leaving the only possible culprit the mixing valve.

A new mixing valve will require some re piping to accommodate a thermometer which is no big deal.
