Painting wallpaper #4 cut in and roll two two coats of paint let dry remove tape install light switch and plug in coverings. I hope this helps you on your next home project.

Painting wallpaper #3 tape off all trim and oil base prime all seams and edges of wallpaper with a brush after it drys. Roll the walls using oil base primer
