Important Update: Cleaning Deposit Policy

Hi lovelies!
After a lot of thought, I’ve made the decision to start requiring a $50 deposit for all house cleanings—effective immediately.

This wasn’t easy, but as this is my only source of income, last-minute cancellations really affect my ability to cover supplies, business expenses, and the time I set aside just for you.

Here’s the new policy:
• A non-refundable $50 deposit is now required to book. I will send an invoice through Square via by text/email.
• If the deposit isn’t received, your appointment will be postponed.
• The remaining amount is due after your cleaning is completed, as long as you don’t cancel.
• Once your deposit is in, I’ll send a reminder the night before your appointment.

I truly appreciate your understanding and continued support—it means the world to me!
