Chris Rose has over 17 years of experience in the building and construction field and has been in the inspection business for over 14 years. After finding so many businesses and homes with mold here in our humid climate of Alabama, Chris felt the need to get certified and trained in m

old inspections, testing, and removal. Through the National Association of Mold Professionals, Chris has become an expert in identifying how mold grows not only in our homes but under them as well. Our crawlspace services stemmed from the need to provide homeowners with mold free crawlspaces. From Chris's decade of construction experience, he knows how to properly construct a clean space crawlspace and how to divert water to a safer place outside of the home. Our water mitigation services play a role in keeping crawlspaces and the interior of your home or business dry...no water means no mold. If you already have mold, our environmental testing is essential in identifying the type of mold and the precautions the inhabitants of the building and our team must take in order to remedy the situation. Once we establish a Scope of Work our mold remediation team gets busy removing all of the mold in the affected area. As you can see, all of the services we offer are pieces of a puzzle and all of the pieces work together to establish a mold free environment.

Mold needs moisture to grow. Vented crawlspaces appear to be a prime environment for mold. During the humid or rainy weather months, the vented crawlspace becomes damp with moisture. These levels are usually 70% relative humidity or higher. The warm moisture encourages mold to grow on the wood, HVAC ducts, and any other organic material that is in the crawlspace.
