We are currently hiring for CDL- Class B Drivers ($13-$17/hr)
Roles and Responsibilities
The desired candidate for this position will be someone who is a detail oriented, hard working team player, and also has excellent top-notch customer service skills. We value our customers and we expect all of our employees to as well! The ideal employee we hire is someone who has experience in every aspect of delivering excellent customer service, and driving with a state CDL License, while adhering to the customer’s needs.
A Waste Hauling driver is a representative of DFD Sanitation and is expected to perform the job duties professionally while communicating continually with the team throughout the daily route.
General Operations/Duties:
- Obtain daily route from the Dispatcher Team
- Perform daily inspection of the delivery truck before dispatching while following
the company’s standards
- Withhold responsibility to all company property (Truck, Phone, Gas Cards, Etc.)
- Perform delivery of the containers in a timely manner
- Ensure proper loading and removing of the materials
- Ensure all company safety standards and regulations are met
while operating any equipment
- Coordinate the dumping process and results with management
- Ensure all data is entered correctly into the supported information systems at all
times
- Provide proper daily reports for the daily operations
- Support Dispatch Team in daily operations and other job related fields
- Keep track of personal time electronically with the provided application
- Keep track of any updates to route periodically
Sales/Marketing:
- Suggest any helpful information for customers to comply with their needs
- Proactively attempt to recruit new members of our team by offering candidates to the manager

We are a hauling company based in Toledo, Ohio. We generally haul materials and waste from construction/remodeling companies, and residential customers.
