As many of you know, Maddy has been such a huge part of Natalie’s Clean Sweep. While I’m so sad to see her go, she has been offered an amazing opportunity that she simply couldn’t pass up. I am incredibly proud of her and so excited to see where this next chapter takes her! I will have her through most of August so I am super thankful for that!!!!!

With that being said, I’m looking for one full-time team member to join me!

✨ Position Details: FULL TIME ONLY
• Monday–Friday
• Typical hours are 8:30 AM–4:00 PM (some days may vary)
• 30-minute to 1-hour lunch break each day
• Reliable transportation is required
• If you’re local to the Timberlake area, you’re more than welcome to carpool and ride with me each day.

This job is so much more than cleaning. Every day I get the opportunity to help families by taking one thing off their plate, and I truly love what I do. I’m looking for someone who is dependable, detail-oriented, hardworking, and takes pride in making a difference in people’s homes.

I traded a hair color and cut for a salon clean, and let me tell you, Maddy absolutely crushed it. She handled a ton of the work while I got pampered for a change.

I won’t lie—it was incredibly hard sitting back and watching her work while I had foils in my hair. The second those foils were set, though, it was game on and I jumped right in! 😂

I totally forgot to grab many before pictures, but honestly, the afters are what really matter anyway, right?

And can we talk about this hair?! Jenna worked her magic and brought my head back to life. I handed her my inspiration photo, she added her own touch of magic, and BOOM… I’m back, baby! 💁‍♀️✨

Huge shoutout to these two amazing ladies. Maddy had that salon shining, and Jenna somehow managed to make this tired mom feel like herself again. I am beyond thankful for both of Jenna Koupiarishem!

One year ago, my world looked completely different.

Like many of you know, I was laid off from a job I thought I would retire from. I was scared, uncertain, and honestly had no idea what the future held for my family. What felt like one of the hardest moments of my life ended up becoming one of the greatest blessings.

With a whole lot of faith, determination, and prayers, I started Natalie’s Clean Sweep.

I never imagined that one year later I would be sitting here reflecting on hundreds of homes, countless amazing clients, and a business that has grown beyond anything I dreamed possible.

To my clients… thank you. Thank you for trusting me with your homes. Thank you for recommending me to your friends and family. Thank you for your kindness, patience, support, and encouragement. Many of you started as clients and have become friends. You’ve celebrated life’s biggest moments with me, checked on my family, loved on my little boy, and supported this dream every step of the way.

To Shannon, thank you for taking a chance on a small business that was just getting started. You helped lay the foundation and gave so much of yourself to helping this dream grow.

To Maddy, thank you for believing in my vision and working so hard every single day. Watching you grow into your role has been such a blessing, and I am so proud of you.

To Imani, thank you for always being willing to jump in and help when needed. Your support, positivity, and friendship have meant more than you know. I love that this journey has brought together such an incredible team.

And to my husband Chad… thank you for believing in me when I wasn’t always sure I believed in myself. Thank you for the early mornings, the late nights, the sacrifices, the encouragement, and for reminding me to keep going when things felt impossible.

This business has never just been about cleaning houses.

It’s been about helping families. It’s been about giving people a fresh start when life feels overwhelming. It’s been about building relationships, serving our community, and proving to myself that sometimes the plans we didn’t choose become the blessings we never expected.

One year ago, I lost a job.

Today, I have a business, a team, incredible clients, and a grateful heart.

From the bottom of my heart, thank you for making this first year more successful and meaningful than I could have ever imagined.

Here’s to Year 1. ❤️

And here’s to whatever God has planned for Year 2.

Good morning, friends!

Natalie’s Clean Sweep will be taking a sick day today. My little man is down with a pretty nasty cold and needs his mama close by.

As most of you know, we try to surprise our little clients too! ❤️

This adorable setup was all Maddy, and she absolutely nailed it! Mario hitched a ride in a shark while Slinky Dog took him on an adventure across the room. 🦈🐶🎮

It’s the little things that make a house feel like home, and seeing the smiles on our clients’ faces when they come back is one of our favorite parts of the job.

We’ve been incredibly busy lately (which we are so thankful for!), so I haven’t had much time to post. I’m hoping to get better about sharing more of the fun moments, transformations, and behind-the-scenes memories we create along the way.

Great job, Maddy! These little touches never go unnoticed. ❤️✨
