Our New Detailing System Is Working — and People Are Loving It.

Today was a perfect example of why we changed the way we do things at RAG’s.

Two different vehicles.
Two different goals.

One simple system built around the client and the vehicle.

First up was a 2012 Mini Cooper that came in for our Build Your Own Base Detail with no add-ons.

Simple. Clean. Straightforward.

A strong professional base detail without adding extras the client did not want at this time.

Then we had a 2019 Toyota Tundra that needed a little more attention.

That one was built with:
• Heavy Bug & Tar Removal
• Sap Removal (in person add-on)
• Compartments & Storage Areas
• 6-Month Ceramic Sealant

How To Use Our New Detailing System At RAG’s

We changed the way our detailing menu works because not every vehicle needs the same thing.

Now, instead of trying to guess which package fits best, you choose the detail that matches your goal:

Interior / Exterior Detail

Each one starts with a professional base service. From there, you target your actual concerns by choosing the treatments your vehicle needs most.

That is where the system really works.

If your interior has extra dirt, sand, staining, or buildup, you may want Heavy Stain + Soil Removal. This is a pretreatment and deeper cleaning process for interiors that need more than a basic wipe-down or surface shampoo.

If your seats or carpets need a deeper reset, choose Deep Shampoo. This is our extraction process designed to remove spills, freshen carpets and upholstery, and help reduce odors trapped in fabric.

If you want glove boxes, consoles, seat-back pockets, cargo areas, or storage spaces detailed, choose Compartments + Storage Areas. Those areas take extra time, so now you can decide whether they matter to you.

If you want the interior protected after cleaning, choose Interior Protectant. This helps protect plastics, vinyl, and trim against UV damage, fading, and everyday wear.

If your vehicle has leather, you can add our High Quality Leather Conditioner to clean, condition, and help maintain those surfaces.

Need help with smells? Add Odor Treatment.

Want to protect your fabric from spills? Add our new Interior Fabric Protection.

On the exterior side, one of our most popular upgrades is our 6-Month Ceramic Sealant, which improves gloss, slickness, water beading, and durable exterior protection.

You can also add services like exterior decontamination, black trim restoration, headlight restoration, glass polishing, engine bay detail, steam cleaning, ceramic protection, buffing, and more.

RAG’s is not the same detailing company we used to be.

For years, we were a mobile-only company offering one level of detailing: Interior, Exterior, and Full.

But honestly, that system was more about how I wanted detailing done.

Now that RAG’s has grown into a real shop, with a real team, real systems, and a full-time location in Tilton, we had to build something better.

Hi, I’m Peanut. 🐾

I recently accepted a full-time position here at RAG’s Detailing LLC.

My official job duties include greeting customers, supervising the office, keeping an eye on the crew, and reminding everyone that shop morale is now my department.

So far, I’d say I’m doing excellent.

I was recently brought into the RAG’s family, and now I get to spend my days here at the shop where I can relax, meet new people, and oversee vehicle care operations from a safe distance.

I may not know much about ceramic coatings, paint correction, or Build Your Own Details yet…

…but I do know when a vehicle pulls in, when someone has snacks, and when the crew needs emotional support.
