This repeat customer brought me back to do routine fall maintenance for their roof and gutters. Once we get up on the roof, we see things that the customer cannot see and in this case, I had to report that the roof was completely cooked and should be replaced this coming spring. Not my favorite news to report, but honesty is always the best policy!

PNW weather abuse on display here! This deck was weather-beaten, grimy, and filled with algae and lichen. We used a specialty solution on the rails and they look new again.

The TPO membrane surface needed a lot of TLC! Can you believe we got results like these without the use of any chemicals and just a surface cleaner with the dialed in amount of pressure?
