I have a list of people waiting to have a clean and I plan my schedule out monthly and try and work in as many new people as possible. I completely understand things come up and happen but if I schedule you please try and keep that day or give me plenty of notice if you can’t that day so maybe I have time to add someone else for that day if you can’t keep your appointment. From now on I’ll be requiring a deposit for all cleanings. I’ll send a request per Venmo/cash app for the deposit and if it’s not paid promptly then I’ll move onto the next person waiting for a clean.
