This is a pricing list for future customers! Current customers this does not effect your current cost, as your locked in and your rate will not change. Please note the add ons if anyone is ever interested in any of these I would love to do them for you!
ALSO please note the cancellation policy at the bottom. I have had a lot of last minute cancellations and that makes it really hard on me to be able to find another house in short notice. I hope everyone understands.

Im someone who understands that after a long day of work, the absolute last thing anyone wants to do is come home and clean.
