Hey everyone.
We have some unfortunate news to report. It was brought to our attention recently that some customers who had certain Harman parts put on their stove were unfortunately overcharged. This incident seems to date back to approximately June of 2023 when I switched to a new system. The parts I’m mentioning seem to be strictly related to Harman combustion blowers and control boards. If you believe you had one of these parts put on your stove during that time frame please let us know by calling us at 8604580025 or you can direct message us here. We’re working to compile a list of customers who may have been affected by this incident to issue credits for future services in the amount of the difference. The mistake seems to have originated on my part when I accidentally mistook our costs with the retail and put the retail price as our cost in the system.

I have spent eight very long years trying to build this company on the premise of honesty and integrity. Many of our customers will hopefully agree that we have tried to the best of our availability to be upfront, honest, and transparent in all of our services we offer.

I personally apologize in any harm to the trust you guys put In us this may have caused. We’re working on it!

Hello again everyone!
We were planning on opening July 13th to the public but unfortunately we will have to postpone to finish some last projects inside.
We now plan on opening Saturday July 27th. Come by and check us out if your thinking of upgrading or adding a Pellet, Wood, or Gas stove to your home. We will have some special offers available for the opening. Also while you're here check out our Green Mountain Pellet Grills in action!
We also plan to offer Ductless Mini Split systems in the very near future but they will unfortunately be unavailable for the opening.
As a reminder, we offer cleanings, repairs, and installations for all models and makes of stoves.

As always, this special runs for the months of May, June, and July and offers a discount on the yearly cleanings of your heating appliances. Hi everyone,
Happy Friday! Since most of you have booked your spring cleaning already, I just wanted to send out a quick PSA. Due to the high humidity we have been experiencing this month, the ash inside of your heating appliances has become damp which is making it harder for our technicians to do a proper cleaning! To help us to better serve you, it is important that you run your pellet/wood stove for ideally an hour either the day of or the day before your appointment. This will help to get rid of the moisture in the ash. Please be sure to turn the stove off at least 2 hours before we arrive. Thank you in advance!
I would also like to remind everyone that the office will be closed next Tuesday in observation of Independence day. We hope you all have a safe and fun fourth of July weekend! 😊
