Something about taking buildup, soap residue, grime, and everyday chaos and turning it back into bright, fresh, and smooth again scratches my brain just right. Same with floors honestly haha.

Your vacuum, mop heads, brushes, towels, filters… all of it matters. If your cleaning company is dragging buildup, bacteria, pet hair, and dust from house to house without properly maintaining their tools, that’s a problem.

And transparency matters too. Professional equipment that’s used DAILY is going to show signs of actual work. Scuffs, scratches, dust tucked into hard-to-reach crevices… that happens when you’re truly putting in hours every week. I’m not interested in staging spotless equipment for the internet while cutting corners in people’s homes.

What matters to me is that the parts actually collecting debris and moving through your home are cleaned, disinfected, and maintained properly. Daily.

The little things tell you a lot about a company’s standards. 💚🍀

And when I say maintained, I mean maintained.

We’re not just emptying trash cans and doing a quick vacuum. We wipe down cabinetry, sanitize high touch surfaces, detail kitchens and breakrooms, clean coffee machines and appliances, refresh glass, dust fixtures, and hit the surfaces people forget about until they slowly lose their shine.

But what I’m really proud of is my team.

For spaces like this, I specifically bring in two people with construction backgrounds who understand what true detail work and final cleans actually look like. They MOVE. Efficient, thorough, professional, and able to handle large commercial spaces without sacrificing quality.

That matters.

A 9,000 sq ft office can’t be maintained properly by people rushing through a checklist. It takes systems, teamwork, and people who genuinely care about the final result.

This space is bold, modern, and beautiful — and we take a lot of pride in helping keep it that way ✨

This is why I care so much about the details. Not the “looks okay from far away” kind of clean. I’m talking move the stuff, scrub the buildup, wipe the things people overlook, make your home FEEL fresh kind of clean.

I joke and rant about bad cleaning services because honestly… people work hard for their money. You should actually get what you’re paying for.

A little transparency from a small business owner 💚

As Murry’s Maid Service continues to grow, I’ve had to learn some very important lessons about protecting both the quality of our work and the sustainability of the business itself.

Moving forward, all initial deep cleans, move outs, and heavily lived-in homes are strongly encouraged to have an in-person walkthrough prior to final pricing. Estimates given over text, phone, photos, or video are exactly that — estimates, sight unseen.

Photos often do not accurately show:
• heavy buildup
• excessive pet hair accumulation
• smoke residue/odor buildup
• deferred cleaning over long periods of time
• floor condition
• or the true amount of labor, time, and supplies required

Because of this, buildup and pet hair policies will be fully enforced moving forward, and heavily discounted pricing on labor-intensive projects will become much more limited.

We genuinely love helping people and take pride in transforming homes. But in order to continue providing high-quality, detailed service, pricing has to properly reflect the condition of the home and the labor involved.
