That was Dan Cline long before his current role as COO of 4M Building Solutions.
Dan sold his small Kansas City-area business, Mid-America Pro Clean, to 4M in 2001. That hands-on background, though, is exactly what shapes how we lead today. He sat down to talk about those early days and what they taught him.
