My wife is expanding her commercial office cleaning client list.

She is currently looking for an additional commercial building, office, or shop space to clean in the Chesterfield, Valley Park, or Fenton areas. Ideally, looking for a once-a-week cleaning, scheduled either on weekends or in the evenings.

Just letting everybody know that I still have some openings for gutter cleaning, dryer vent cleaning, and power washing.

I had to unfortunately had to eliminate mowing because the impact on my back was really irritating the back injury I sustained on the job and was causing discomfort. I hope my clients understand.

Happy Saturday!!

Hope everyone has been well.

2022 wasn’t the kindest to me. On Fathers Day, I responded to a house fire and while conducting a search for possibly trapped occupants, the floor collapsed under me and I fell into a basement, severely injuring my back. I met with two doctors at the hospital where one said I would be off work for4-6 months, and another told me to be mentally prepared to never be a fireman again.

I proved them both wrong, not only did I go back to full duty as a fireman, I went back before the 4 month benchmark.

Don’t let that celebratory part fool you. I still hurt on a daily basis. I most likely permanent discomfort. Sleeping is a chore every night, as I typically fall asleep due to working myself to exhaustion because I can’t just lay down and go to sleep as I used to.

I tell you this, not for pity, but for you to help me. I’ve been accustomed to working and serving others. I’d like to try and do some of the functions of my business again, because I don’t want to be sedentary on my days off. I’ve already accepted that I cannot mow yards anymore and that is more than ok with me. I have difficulty mowing my own yard without assistance. But I’d like to try and at least clean gutters and dryer vents. If you’re close to Fenton, I’d give a bid on power washing. I can still function for these jobs, I just have to see how my body responds, as it’s not the same it used to. But I need normalcy in my life.

I hope you all understand and would give me a chance.

Good morning.

I had a slight mishap involving gravity at work yesterday, so I will be out of commission for 4-6 months.

For those that had contacted me about jobs, I can try and get to those when I am released to return to work. I can can also try and steer you to someone who can take care of your home needs.

I have been struggling with the thoughts lately but today I have to put “pen to paper”, if you will.

With the cost of fuel skyrocketing and currently no forecast of prices leveling off, I am making the tough decision to suspend lawn mowing for the foreseeable future. With the number of customers I have, the price of fuel for my truck, mower and gas equipment, I cannot justify the cost and passing the burden to my customers.

I will still offer my other services. Prices have adjusted slightly.

If gas prices return to a more acceptable range, I’ll consider mowing again.

Happy New Year.

I know I’m almost three weeks late but I wanted to wish my current customers a Happy New Year. I hope this message finds you and your family well.

As the cold days have settled in, I’m already looking forward to spring and being able to service you and your property.

I regrettably made the decision to raise the prices of some services by a few dollars to help offset the rising price of fuel. I hope you understand and will still choose me to provide services for your homes.

I will humbly thank you for the opportunity for your business and being able to help offset the costs for my firefighter training. I just completed a 40 Hour Company Officer (leadership) Class and also have recently begun a Fire Officer Program offered through Mizzou. Thank you for helping me become the best I can be for my job.

If you are discharging your own fireworks, please be cautious while handling them. Also have a sufficient water supply nearby.

Also, if you’re going to be on the water, assure everyone has a properly fitting personal flotation device and do not swim alone.

Today was a trying day….

My mowing shoes passed away after several years of faithful service.
A pin fell out of my trailer door/ramp.
The idler in my push mower broke.
And the icing on the cake, I literally ran the wheel off my mower.

On the bright side, I limped my push mower through and got my customers taken care of, as they are my priority.

Needless to say, some repairs will be needed. However, this comes at a good time, as my family and I will be going out of town Friday. I hope to be back up and running by the middle of next week.

As many of you know, my primary profession is that of a First Responder. One of my marketing points was that I would use a good portion of my earnings to help pay for me to attend trainings, or at least offset it. To this date, this has worked out well.

in 2022, I am looking to attend additional training conferences. I AM NOT asking for donations, nor will I take them. However, I'm asking for either your business or for a positive reference so that I can reach my goal so that I can make all of these dates. I am willing to work hard to reach my monetary goal so that i can attend these trainings, while continuing to maintain and update my equipment so that I can give you the results you deserve!
