Job Posting:

I am looking to hire two part time employees OR one employee who is willing to work their way to full time.

Details:

Professional housekeeping— must be attentive to detail, organized, and have an overall enjoyment/skill for cleaning. No experience is necessary, but it is a plus. On the job training will be required before you are able to clean on your own; this WILL be compensated.

Hours are fairly flexible, but typically range between the hours of 7am-6pm, Monday-Friday. You are able to choose your own hours, as long as it works for the clients. Saturday’s and Sunday’s are not required, but they are available.

I am wanting to hire as a 1099 worker, but will consider a W-2 employee. This will be discussed more in detail during an interview, along with pay. There will be NO benefits, but vacation and time off is allowed at any time WITHOUT pay.

A few before & after shots from today!

Sometimes with cleaning I get frustrated and upset when something doesn’t turn out “perfect”. However, it’s important to understand that stains & mineral deposits that have been built up over time do not always come out perfect after the first clean. Don’t work yourself up over it, but instead do your best & tackle it another day!

I just wanted to take a moment to thank everyone who has supported my cleaning business over the last months! It is so humbling to see how many of you have gone out of your way to tag me in posts, refer me to others, and share my work. It is also so crazy to me how much I’ve grown over this last (almost) year, but it is truly ALL thanks to each and every one of you! Today I am able to work full time as my own boss, but more incredibly I was able to hire someone that I have full confidence in. Sometimes I look at my life and it seems like a dream that I could be as blessed as I am. Between my friends, family, and clients, I hope you all know how grateful I am for your continued support and overwhelming love!

As crazy as this is for me to say, I am looking to hire on someone 1-2 days a week! My business has grown so much the last few weeks and I can’t keep up. Beyond thankful my first order from Grove just came in! I’m so excited to test out all of my new products. The best part about all of it!? — these products are all so much safer than the traditional cleaning products that are filled with chemicals! 😆
