The glossy finish looked nice except it looked like somebody threw a handful of dirt in the finish. It had a lot of bumps in it. Best Results was able to fix this floor and put a clean looking dark cherry stain and matte finish on it no bumps in the finish!!

It is recommended to professionally clean your carpet every 3 months for a busy home with pets to once per year for barely used carpet.

Exceeding these times will decrease the life of your carpet!😑😥

VACUUMING: By far the most important part of carpet care. Hard soil makes up 80% of removable soil in your carpet. (Vacuum at least once a week trying to remove soil from the bottem of carpet not the top only)

HOT WATER EXTRACTION: Is able to reach the areas of the carpet fibers that the vac can't get to. Effectively cleaning the rest of the 20% left after vacuuming.(spots, stains, traffic lanes)

CARPET PROTECTANT: The of carpet is the dry soil that gets ground into your most used areas. PROTECTANT gives you assurance that the dry soil won't stick to your fibers wearing them out (making vacuuming easier)
as well as giving you added stain resistance (water and a rag works for most spots and stains).
