Who are we? Crystal Clear Cleaning is a home grown cleaning company that has been providing services to the greater Spokane area since 2022. We are proud to serve customers and are looking for someone to join our team!
Job type:Full-time once trained, part-time could be an option if you are available at least 3 days a week consistently.
Availability: Start times vary from 8am-8:50am and end times vary between 2pm-4:30pm M-F.
Wages: Starting wage is $18/hr + Tips
If you show up and do great work, we would love to make you a permanent team member and pay you more!
We are looking to train a team lead at this time for $20/hr + tips. Experience would be prefered as you would be managing your own team but we would be willing to train for this position if you show potential and put in the work!
You must be able to perform the following duties in a meticulous manner: A variety of cleaning activities such as sweeping, mopping, dusting, polishing, vacuuming carpets, rugs and drapes, cleaning of light fixtures/fittings, take out the trash.
Duties will change per job site so you must be able to follow direction from supervisor(s).
* Ensure all rooms are cared for and inspected according to our company standards and our client's expectations.
* Must be able to perform all of the physical aspects that various job sites require.
* Carry yourself with professionalism, at all times.
* Ability to work with little supervision and maintain a high level of professionalism.
* Customer/goal oriented and friendly.
* Prioritization and time management skills.
* Working quickly without compromising quality.
* Must be able to work independently as well as part of a team.
* Must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
* Must be willing to pass a background check.
