These new commercial building owners in Spokane were not going to let taggers think their property was an easy target. Someone had come along and tagged over a section of their gray block wall that had already had a tag painted over once before. We blended the entire patched area so it matched the block wall better than it did before the graffiti even showed up.

The thing about graffiti is the longer it stays up the more it attracts. We got on it and sent a clear message that this property is maintained and tagging here is a waste of paint.

The color match turned out great. That is always our goal with a cover-up job on a painted surface. We want it to disappear. We do Graffiti Cover ups and Graffiti Removal.

If your property in Spokane has been tagged give Grace Pressure Washing a call. We will get it taken care of quickly before it invites more.

This homeowner in Spokane reached out to us about House Washing and we were happy to get them on the schedule. You can really see the difference in the pictures near the electric meter where the siding went from dingy to looking like a fresh paint job.

One area that needed some extra attention was behind the rose bush where organic staining had built up over time. We were able to work around the landscaping and get that taken care of without any issues. The homeowner was glad we addressed it because it had been bothering them for a while.

After the house wash we also cleaned their exterior windows using our Xero pure water fed pole system. There is nothing like a house wash followed up with sparkling clean windows to really complete the look. The homeowner mentioned how much brighter everything looked from the inside too.

If your home in Spokane is starting to look a little tired from dirt and organic growth give Grace Pressure Washing a call. We would be happy to get your place looking great again.

"I am very happy with the service that Mark did on my roof And rain gutters. He was on time and only took a few hours to get the job done. Getting rid of the moss that was there will add a few more years onto the roof. I am very pleased with the results and I highly recommend Grace Pressure Washing" says Danny on Google

💦Brick pavers and exposed aggregate patio are lookin sharp here!

😊We recently had the pleasure of servicing this gorgeous Spokane home where the brick pavers on the patio needed a good cleaning before getting resealed.

✅The exposed aggregate concrete flatwork also got a good cleaning so there will be no dirt to get sealed in!

🎗️Brick pavers require a different approach than plain concrete. Too much pressure and you blast out the mortar sand or etch the bricks.

✨The exposed aggregate got the full cleaning treatment too for a uniform, streak-free result across every square foot. This place is ready for sealing

🏡There is a great before and after pic here of a some extra work we thru in which was cleaning the black under the stucco walls surrounding the property.

If you've got brick pavers, a pool surround, a patio, or concrete that's gone dark and grimy, give us a call. We'll have it looking revitalized in a single visit!
