📣Position Available for a Janitorial Manager / Floater (Wayne, Oakland, Macomb and Livingston County)

Key Responsibilities:

Staff Management: Train, supervise, and mentor janitorial staff, assist with calls offs, work on-call schedule to assist with cleanings for needed for locations that lack staffing.

Operational Oversight: Oversee/manage, and implement cleaning schedules for Work Order related projects.

Quality Control: Conduct regular inspections of facilities to ensure quality standards are met.

Inventory & Equipment: Manage the inventory of cleaning supplies and ensure equipment is properly maintained and safe per location.

Client Relations: Ensure that all Work Order request have been resolved promptly.

Compliance & Safety: Enforce safety regulations (including SDS guidelines), maintaining a safe and healthy work environment. Make sure that all company policy and procedures are being followed accordingly.

Requirements:
-Reliable Transportation and ability to work in a variety of locations. (Floater)

-Ability to pass a Background Check.

-Great time management skills.

-Self Starter, Self-Motivated ability to well independently or with a team.

-Previous experience as a Janitorial Manager

-Effective Communication skills
