There’s always been something a little bit nostalgic about your local, neighborhood car wash. You’d pull up to a car wash attendant you recognized. And eventually, that recognition turned into a relationship. A handshake understanding that you’d truly be taken care of. But then one day, those friendly faces all seemed to fade away, replaced by digital “voices” that rushed you through an assembly line.
