What are we looking for?

We are looking for a Janitor to take care of the building cleaning. The goal is to keep the building in a clean and orderly condition
We are looking for a Janitor who has the capacity to work 5 days a week – Mon –Fri.
We are looking for a Janitor who is consistent and has good attendance and a strong work ethic.

Responsibilities:

Clean designated building areas (dusting, sweeping, vacuuming, mopping, cleaning ceiling vents, restroom cleaning etc.)
Notify management of occurring deficiencies
Maintain janitor’s closet.
Follow all health and safety regulations

You will work both on a team of office cleaners and/or alone, so being able to collaborate with others, follow instructions from your supervisor, and stay on-task is key. Approximately 2-3hrs a day Monday-Friday (evening hours) 8 pm start time.
